1. Which Countries do you ship to? 

Our customers are mostly in the United States or Canada. Therefore, we can provide a fast shipping experience through USPS. Outside of the United States and Canada, we rely on a carrier called Ascendia which provides reliable deliveries.  But, please note that parcels could take up to two months to arrive depending on the distance shipped from our warehouse in Canada. Our  App will currently only work in the United States and Canada, but we're happy to ship products to other countries. We currently support Canada, the United States, Australia, France, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea. 2. How much is shipping and shipping times?

Please note that until further notice shipping may be delayed as our partners comply with local Covid-19 regulations. All products are still being shipped as quickly as possible and will continue to ship as long as USPS and FedEx are operational.

On-demand and in-stock items items usually ship within a few days of ordering, though it can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks to ship. Shipping estimates are provided on a per-product and per-order bases. Please check the page for the product you are interested in purchasing or review your email to see when your estimated ship date was. If you ordered multiple items, we'll ship them when all the items are ready.

 All of our shipping costs as a flat rate. It doesn't matter if a customer purchases (1) lipstick or (20) lipsticks the same shipping cost will be applied. 

Shipping for customers in the US is a flat rate of $7.95 rate. A majority of orders shipped to the United States will be handled via USPS First Class Mail which averages a 3-4 business day delivery. Orders with a large number of products may be processed with UPS which average a 10 business day delivery for the same $7.95 rate. Larger orders will require a signature confirmation.

Shipping across Canada is $7.99 via Canada Post. The delivery timeline depends on the customer's distance from Toronto, Canada. Local deliveries within Toronto could take two days, while deliveries to Canada's West Coast could take up to 10 business days.

Shipping outside of the United States is $14.99 but may increase if our carrier applies a surcharge on heavy parcels. All international orders are shipped with Ascendia. Delivery takes between 7-74 days depending on the customer's distance from our warehouse in Canada.

Orders must be placed by 12pm ET to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

If your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., nail polish, pressurized spray cans, fragrance, etc.), it must ship ground Standard 3-Day Shipping (4-8 days total delivery time).

Orders must be placed by 12pm ET Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday. Select items considered hazmat (hazardous materials) are restricted and must be shipped with Ground Service. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3-Day Shipping.

 

3. What COVID safety protocols do you have in place?

Products are manufactured in a facility following standard Ontario Covid Guidelines by the  OCG like all other businesses in Ontario. As well as additional safeguards, including the standard Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) quality standards. 

We have implemented every health and safety measure recommended by the CDC, as well as additional safeguards, to promote a safe and productive environment in our distribution centers. This includes contactless temperature checks for distribution center employees before they begin working and spacing out team members. 

These health and safety precautions result in fewer people than usual processing orders at one time. With that in mind, we appreciate our customer’s continued patience if they should experience a delay in their shipment. Our teams are working as quickly and safely as possible to get your order to you.

4. What is your return policy?

Due to COVID 19, we are currently NOT accepting any returns. However, if an item is defective or incomplete, we’ll replace that item for you within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll provide replacements on damages that happened during formulation, but not for products that were damaged through neglect or everyday use. Proof of purchase and a picture of the packaging will be required.

5. What are Frost, Pearl, Satin, Metallic, Matte, and Cream Formulas?

M – Matte finish (no shine)

C – Cream finish (natural shine)

S – Sheer finish (less opaque natural shine)

F – Frost finish (metallic type of finish high shine)

P – Pearl finish (iridescent look not as intense as frost)
6. My credit card statement is showing a recurring charge?
Don’t panic! We promise you have only been charged once and will not be charged again. Some banks list our charge as recurring because we authorize your card when you place your order but don't charge it until the order ships. We're happy to further provide a confirmation by giving you an invoice. 
7. What is the shelf life of your products?
The shelf life of our products are 36 months.
8.Where does your brand ship?

We currently ship to the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada (excluding PO Boxes), the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Australia, New Zealand, and France. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas up north in Canada. We always ship orders with tracking numbers.

Do you ship to my country?
There is a list provider  below of the countries we currently do not ship within, because our manufacturer is based in Canada and ships all orders from the U.S & Canada via USPS or standard international mail service. Unfortunately, we’ve found that certain countries seem to have more than their fair share of lost packages. Here’s the list of places we are currently unable to ship to Afghanistan Åland Islands, Antarctica Bonaire, Saint Eustatius, and Saba Bouvet Island Congo Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Eritrea Guernsey, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Heard Island, and McDonald Islands, Iran, Iraq, Jersey Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Liberia Libyan, Arab Jamahiriya Marshall Islands Micronesia, Federated States of Myanmar, Palau, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian, Arab Republic Tokelau, or Yemen
